Built in the XIX century, the building (former museum of Ukrainian antiquity V. Tarnovsky) had a protected status. The oldest specialized municipal institution in Ukraine for library services for children and adolescents. On the night of March 11, Russian planes dropped 500-kilogram bombs on Chernihiv.
