Anesthesiologist Mykhailo worked at the regional children’s clinical hospital in Lysychank, located 30 kilometers from the demarcation line. Due to the constant shelling of the Russian army, medics were forced to provide assistance to wounded children in the basement. Mykhailo worked until the last minute, leaving for Dnipropetrovsk region with his evacuated patients in April, when it was no longer possible to stay in the hospital.
