USSR passports, which the occupiers planned to issue to Ukrainians in case of capture of the Kyiv region. The enemies wanted to create an occupation administration and organize a pseudo-referendum to proclaim a local republic.
In an abandoned house near the city of Makariv, Bucha district, the SBU counterintelligence found an enemy cache with passport forms of the former USSR. Such a series has not been produced in Ukraine since 1990. Thus, all the detected forms were imported from the russian federation at the beginning of a full-scale aggression.
