In Lozova, Kharkiv region, the ruins of the Palace of Culture, which was hit by a Russian rocket at the end of May, are being dismantled. As a result of the Russian shelling, several dance classes, a room for the vocal team, a library, a dressing room, and a hall for 1,000 spectators were destroyed.
