Russia hit the center of Vinnytsia with Kalibr cruise missiles from a submarine in the Black Sea. At the time of publication, there are 91 wounded and 23 dead, including three children. There is no contact with another 42 people, rescuers are looking for them. The rockets hit the office building. Buildings located nearby were affected by the blows, and the windows were blown out by the blast wave. One of the rockets hit the parking lot near the nine-story Jubilee Building. More than 50 buildings and more than 40 cars were damaged by the blows. The Russians also targeted the nearby medical center – it was completely destroyed.
