On July 23, around 6:45 a.m., the Russian military launched another artillery barrage on the central part of Kharkiv. As a result of shelling, civilian objects were damaged – a two-story residential building, office premises and a university. A man received minor injuries at the scene. The police conducted an inspection, documented the crimes, and removed debris from the Soviet Giatsint-B high-explosive projectile of 152 mm caliber
