On July 25, around 3:00 a.m., a series of explosions broke out in Mykolaiv. Russian troops struck outside the regional center and the village of Mishkovo-Pohorilove. It is now known that residential buildings, vehicles, infrastructure, electricity and gas supplies have been damaged. A seven-year-old child was wounded as a result of the shelling by the Russian troops. Currently, law enforcement officers are investigating at the site of the incident for the crimes under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violation of laws and customs of war”.
