As a result of the Russian missile attack on the night of July 25 in Chuhuiv, apart from the local cultural center, the school with an autonomous boiler house and the heating system of the residential area “Aviator” were demolished. “Unfortunately, the school was also completely destroyed, as well as the civil engineering facility. No one was there at all. And I don’t understand who was affected by this school”, – added the mayor Halyna Minaeva. According to the bomb squad, three rockets were fired at the Chuhuiv, school, and one penetrated the building, collapsing all three floors.

Three people are trapped in the rubble of the cultural building in Chuhuiv, where a search and retrieval operation is underway after a Russian missile attack. The massive shelling lasted from 03:00 to 04:00. The building of culture had a cover where the residents could hide. In the opinion of the mayor Halyna Minaieva, the building was hit by two rockets. “Now we are in the very center of the city, the house of culture. There were no soldiers, no one, just a cultural center. Today we can see what is left of it. The house is completely destroyed, it can not be renovated, but the most frightening thing is that … The search continues, let’s hope people are alive, but… I’d like to believe it. Saved a woman, two men, one man. Three are unknown,” added Minaieva. The Russian army demolished the Chuhuiv cultural center on July 25.
