In the evening of August 28, the Russians bombarded the territory of the Rivne region with four cruise missiles. The rockets hit a military facility in the Sarny district, in the north of the region. As a result of the explosive wave, about 30 civilian objects were damaged, most of them are residential buildings. The premises of the central district hospital were also damaged.
