On August 31, around 00:03, a “S-300” projectile hit in the Kyivskyi region. An old Soviet-made rocket that was converted from “ground-to-air” to “ground-to-ground”. As a result of shelling, apartments in the building were damaged, windows were broken. A hole was found in the yard. The rocket hit the yard of a four-story residential building, causing the apartment to catch fire. Two women were injured: 79 and 71 years old. Blast injuries, shrapnel injuries, wounds in various parts of the body. Injuries of medium severity. The walls of a residential and office building, windows, doors, a car in the yard and the building of one of the institutions of higher education were damaged. One of the apartments was damaged by fire. According to preliminary data, the occupiers fired a S-300 type missile at Kharkiv from the territory of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. The Russian Armed Forces also shelled the Novobavarskyi district of Kharkiv. Parts of the Smer anti-aircraft missile were discovered. Ammunition is cluster, that is, aimed at the greatest number of kills. Fortunately, no one was injured in this shelling. The projectile hit the asphalt surface. Several streets and infrastructure in the Novobavar district were damaged.
