On September 4, around 6:20 p.m., the Russian military launched a rocket attack on a residential quarter in the Novobavarskyi district of Kharkiv. The rocket hit the ground at the intersection of two streets. Windows, doors and roofs of private houses were damaged. There are two victims, both civilians – a 69-year-old man with a cut wound and a 23-year-old boy with a shrapnel wound. They were taken to the hospital. On the spot, investigators discovered a sinkhole 7 meters in size and 3 meters deep. Missiles of the S-300 missile complex were removed.
