The Russian army targeted the Dnipro city center with a missile. It precisely hit the residential quarter, where people were sleeping. A 72-year-old man was injured. He was taken to hospital in critical condition. Administrative buildings, shops, market, warehouses and residential buildings were destructed. Details are being clarified.
