Two residents survived the occupation in Bohorodychne: what it was like Until February 24, the population of the village of Bohorodychne in the Donetsk region numbered about 750 residents. Currently, only two residents live there, 58-year-old Mykola Honchar and his mother Nina. Mykola’s brother Vasyl and his wife Lyubov died as a result of shelling by the Russian military. The church was destroyed, and almost every house in this village bears traces of brutal fighting.
