After almost six months of Russian occupation and bombing, Izium and its outskirts look like this. Roads and bridges are destroyed, 80% of the city is now in ruins, and local residents joyfully meet Ukrainian defenders, receive humanitarian aid and try to return to life in peace and freedom.
