On September 19, the Nikopol district was again shelled by the Russian army. The Russians hit the Nikopol and Marhanets communities three times with heavy artillery and “Grad” rocket systems. Over 40 shells were fired, people were not injured. In Nikopol and its suburbs, Russian shells damaged up to 10 houses, several farm buildings, cars, a water pipe and a power line. In the Marhanets community, shelling left more than 2,500 families without electricity.
