In Kozacha Lopan during the occupation, the Russian army tortured civilians: two torture chambers were discovered On 20 September, prosecutors of the Derhachi District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv region, together with law enforcement officers, inspected two basement premises in Kozacha Lopan village, where the Russian army tortured civilians during the occupation. The Russian armed forces set up torture chambers in the railway station basements and a local store. The Russian military forcibly detained people, subjected them to torture, physical and psychological violence.
