On the night of September 21, the Russian military shelled the Kholodnohirskyi district of Kharkiv. As a result of the shelling, the roof, 8th and 9th floors of the building were damaged. Rescuers saved ten residents from under the rubble. Another projectile hit land near another nine-story building, damaging the technical floor. A man was injured. Destruction was also recorded near one of the infrastructure facilities. According to initial data, the Russian army shelled Kharkiv with the “Smerch” anti-aircraft missile system.
