Around 9:30 p.m. on 21 September, the Russian army shelled the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv. A projectile hit a garage complex, which had been shelled by the Russian army in the past. As a result of the shelling, an area of almost 200 square meters caught fire. 10 garages were completely destroyed, and a car was damaged. Fragments of a rocket bearing markings in a foreign language were found on the spot; experts never encountered such ammunition before.
