On 22 September, during a city of Kupiansk inspection, prosecutors and policemen discovered FAB-500 parachuted concrete-blasting aerial bombs. One bomb warhead weight is up to half a ton, and the bombs are more than 2 meters long. Among other goals, FAB-500 hit residential areas. The Russian army was dropping bombs directly on houses. The whole world sees the truth: Russia is at war with civilians. The Russian state violates the laws and customs of war, disregarding all norms of international law.
