On September 26, the Russian military shelled 2 settlements in the Pervomaisk and Kupiansk communities of the Kharkiv region. They were hit by rocket salvo systems using prohibited cluster munitions, as well as previously by heavy artillery. In the city of Kupiansk, as a result of being hit by these munitions, a church school building and a shop with a total area of ​​500 square meters caught fire. As a result of the attack on the private sector of the city of Pervomaisk, which happened around 1:30 p.m., there are people who died, including a 13-year-old child. Private homes were destroyed, a fire broke out in the summer kitchen on an area of ​​20 square meters, as well as in a car.

As a result of a Russian missile attack on September 26, three members of the same family were killed in the city of Pervomaisk, Kharkiv Oblast – a woman, a man and a 13-year-old child. This was told by Tetiana Kasianova, a resident of Pervomaisk, whose house was destroyed by a Russian rocket together with her relatives. Tatyina’s husband was 63 years old, her grandmother was 79, her granddaughter was 13 years old. “Everything was gone in one second! No relatives, no house, no yard! One second — and that’s it. Let it return to them,” says Tetiana. Tetiana and her son are planning to move in with relatives, trying to gather things under the rubble. The impact also damaged a water main with a diameter of 150, and now a residential area, about 200 households, are without water. In total, as a result of shelling by Russian troops on the village of Pervomaisk, four civilians were killed – three local residents and one man who came to the city on a business trip.
