A “point” of the so-called “LPR” was discovered in Kharkiv Oblast, where the Russian army held people In the village of Lyptsi, Kharkiv district, on September 23, prosecutors together with law enforcement officers discovered the “militia” of the so-called LPR, where the fighters of the pseudo-republic and the Russian military were based. In the basement of the educational and industrial complex, the Russian military organized a prison for Ukrainian civilians. The Russian occupiers detained people, where they subjected them to brutal torture. After that, mercenaries took people, first, to the territory of Russia. A journal of documentation of the Russian military and fighters of the so-called “LPR” with surnames and a list of uniforms was also found at the site. This greatly simplifies the collection of information for investigators – it is known about every Russian who will be responsible for the crimes committed. Currently, the victims at the hands of the Russian army are being identified.
