On September 29, at 5:30 p.m., the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, disregarding the norms of international humanitarian law, bombarded one of the residential areas of the city of Mykolaiv with cluster shells from the Tornado-S multiple rocket launcher. Enemy shells hit a public transport stop. Three people were killed, 12 people were wounded. Buildings and cars were also damaged as a result of the shelling.
