In the Kharkiv region, the police discovered the grave of a civilian with physical injuries It was preliminarily established that the man was killed and buried on the outskirts of the central cemetery in the city of Balakliia by Russian military personnel on August 5 during the occupation of the settlement. On September 29, criminologists and the investigative team of the police department exhumed the body. During the preliminary examination of the deceased, it was established that the deceased is a man of approximately 50 years of age, of medium height, wearing red underwear and a black T-shirt. The man’s body was found to have injuries, which probably indicate torture. The body was sent to the morgue to determine the exact cause of death.
