On September 30, the war crimes of the Russian occupiers in Izium were reviewed and documented: a large-scale survey of all the destruction is being conducted in the city. Among the places inspected by law enforcement officers are objects of civil and critical infrastructure, housing stock and administrative buildings. The infrastructure of the city of Izium was destroyed by more than 70 percent. Conducting the survey was risky, as not all areas of the city were completely demined. Law enforcement officers worked together with explosives experts, who ensured the safety of investigative actions.
