During the period of October 26-30, the police opened 160 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes committed by the Russian army in the Kherson region. Russian troops were shelling the peaceful communities of Beryslav district with multiple launch rocket systems, including BM-21 “Grad”, heavy artillery and mortars. Private houses, outbuildings, shops, farms, garages, workshops, agricultural machinery, roadway, utility poles and a village school were damaged and destroyed. There are shell craters on the roads; cars were disfigured by shell fragments. Some houses caught fire due to the shelling. Unfortunately, there are civilian casualties.
