On October 2, at 8:45 a.m., an enemy mine blew up a car belonging to the signalmen of JSC “Ukrtelecom” in the Okhtyrka district of the Sumy region. The truck pulled over to the side of the road near the TV tower. There were 4 people in the car, three in the hospital. One, who was the driver, died on the spot from injuries.
