Donetsk police documented 18 violations of the laws and customs of war. Russian troops shelled 11 locations, killing and injuring civilians and destroying homes. Among the victims was a child in the village of Prechistivka. The occupiers opened fire on the cities of Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, Vuhledar, Krasnohorivka, and the villages of Karlivka, Kalynivka, Paraskoviivka, Prechystivka, and Tonenke. The Russian army attacked the civilian population using aviation, missiles, and artillery.
