On October 3, the Russian occupiers launched a rocket attack on the central part of the city of Kupiansk. The rocket hit the yard of a medical facility, which is a critical civil infrastructure. The building is almost completely destroyed from the 1st to the 4th floor. Unfortunately, an anesthesiologist was killed, and one nurse was injured.
