Law enforcement officers have found the corpses of two civilians in Kharkiv region. They appear to have been tortured by the Russian military: the hands of the victims were handcuffed. During the inspection of the Novoplatonivka village in Borova community, two corpses of civilians, aged approximately 30-35 years, were found in the recreation center. The bodies of the victims were found in a pit four meters deep at the territory of the recreation center. The left hand of one man was handcuffed to the right hand of the second victim. First victim had a fracture of the left temporal lobe, and second had a skull gunshot wound. According to preliminary data, 250-350 members of Russian special forces were housed at this recreation center. They were periodically rotated.
