On October 10, around 10:00 a.m., the armed forces of the Russian Federation launched a missile attack on Kharkiv Oblast. Critical infrastructure objects suffered significant destruction.
Workers of the investigative and operational group conducted an inspection of the scene of the incident and removed fragments of rockets approximately up to the S-300 air defense system.
