Police opened 14 criminal proceedings on war crimes of the Russian military in Kherson region on October 10th. Russian army once again shelled the settlements of the Beryslav district. Deoccupied and frontline villages came under fire. Private houses, outbuildings were destroyed, cars, agricultural machinery and roads were damaged, local residents were injured. Russians bombed peaceful villages with heavy artillery shells, their fragments are scattered in backyards and streets. School and house of culture were destroyed at night in the village of Mykhailivka.
