On October 10, law enforcement officers found a tortured body in the Izium District Synycheno village forest. The man’s head was completely wrapped in a bandage, and his hands were tied with a cord.
According to preliminary investigation data, the man was killed and tortured by Russian soldiers during the occupation of the settlement. After that, they left the murdered man body in the forest.
Currently, the body is sent for forensic examination.
The identity of the deceased and the circumstances of death are being established.
