On October 15-17, law enforcement officers discovered regular locations of Russian army deployments in deoccupied settlements of Kharkiv region.
Russian troops were dislocated in the houses of the garden societies in the village Lyptsi and on the territory of a private household in the village of Mali Prokhody.
When fleeing from these territories, Russians left behind all evidence of their war crimes in Kharkiv region. Among them were “planned targets” indicating the coordinates along which Russian army struck Kharkiv and the region.
In addition, law enforcement officers discovered and seized electric shock batons. Also among the findings were reports of Russian soldiers who wanted to go on vacation to Murmansk and Belgorod for 15 days.
