On October 19, the police of the Kherson region started 38 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes committed by the russian army in the Kherson region. The russian army once again shelled the communities of the Beryslav district using tanks, barrelled weapons, and rocket artillery. The russian army was attacking both the newly liberated territories and along the front line, where significant destruction of houses, shops, cafes, offices, and farms was recorded. Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded among the civilians.
