The police of Donetsk region recorded the consequences of 20 Russian shellings – civilians were killed. During the day, the Russian army hit 9 settlements – the cities of Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Siversk, Chasiv Yar, Velyka Novosilka, villages Berdychi, Karlivka, Khromove, Ivanhrad. There are dead and wounded. The army of the Russian Federation destroyed and damaged 15 civilian objects – 7 residential buildings, a music school, an agricultural enterprise, agricultural machinery, garages, cars. Bakhmut suffered the most shelling. The russian occupiers opened fire on the city 6 times. As a result of the artillery shelling caused a roof fire and overlapping of a private residential building throughout the area (48 square meters). The attack on the village of Zarichne of the Lyman community, which took place on the night of October 19, was documented. A person died from the Russian mortar shelling.
