The police opened 35 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes of the Russian army in the Kherson region on October 20. Russian troops attacked the communities of the Beryslav district with barrel and rocket weapons, civilians were killed, and some people were wounded. Private houses were destroyed, cars were damaged, fires broke out because of the shelling.
