On the morning of October 24, representatives of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, once again disregarding the norms of international humanitarian law, launched a rocket attack on Kupiansk, as a result of which the administrative building was partially destroyed.
It was preliminarily established that the Russian army shelled the city with S-300 missiles.
During the inspection of the scene, conducted by prosecutors together with police investigators, fragments of rockets and other evidence of Russian aggression were collected.
