The occupiers continue to leave their positions while taking home appliances from Ukrainian homes, printers, and documents from administrative buildings. Occupants of the Kherson region receive messages with a list of things to take with them (steal) during evacuation. There you can find exhibits and other cultural heritage objects of Kherson museums, churches, theaters, philharmonics, and libraries. So, on October 24, the monuments to Ushakov and Suvorov were removed from Kherson. Kyrylo Stermousov, who headed the occupation “authority” in Kherson, confirmed the removal of the monuments, but covered up the crime of destruction of cultural heritage with the word “evacuate”.
