Police officers rescued a boy from the burning Bakhmut. His parents were killed by a Russian projectile. 8-year-old Bohdan was left alone under fire in the practically unaccessible area. His family was killed by the Russian army. The father and mother died on the street from shrapnel wounds. The woman was 7 months pregnant. The boy was staying with a neighbor at that time. After learning that his parents and unborn brother or sister had died, Bohdan ran away, grabbed a bicycle and drove to the place where they died. Law enforcement officers rescued the orphaned child from under the fire, leaving the armored car behind and having to walk part of the way.
