Residents of the front-line village of Lupareve, in Mykolaiv region, are returning home. As of October 27, there are 318 people in the village, although only 36 residents remained in the village after the beginning of the russian invasion. Nataliia Panashii, head of the villages of Lupareve and Lymany, says that despite repeated shelling, the population is returning.
