On the night of October 28th, Russians once again launched a missile attack on Kupiansk. Russian rocket hit the ground next to a residential building, as a result of which its windows were damaged. After the strike, a crater was formed with a depth of about 7 meters and a width of up to 10 meters. According to preliminary data, no one was injured. It was preliminarily established that Russian Armed Forces shelled the city with S-300 missiles. During the inspection of the scene, prosecutors, together with police investigators, removed fragments of ammunition and collected evidence of yet another crime of the Russian Federation. In the village of Dvorichna (17 km from Kupiansk), the Permanent Location Point of emergency medical care brigades was again damaged by Russian shelling. Fortunately, all employees are alive, but two women aged 43 and 40, and a 60-year-old man were injured. Also two specialized emergency medical care vehicles were damaged. Despite everything, employees of the medical center continue to work and save human lives.
