Under the Russian occupiers, Mariupol is turning into a city of serial murders. There are known murders of women with similar handwriting. People are afraid. The city has become dangerous and criminal. The people of Mariupol remember that before the war, no one even thought about the danger on the streets – even late at night. The city had one of the lowest crime rates in the country. But now the russian occupiers transformed Mariupol into a city with no law and order.
