Russian military attacked critical infrastructure facilities in the Kharkiv region: prosecutors document the consequences.
According to the investigation, on October 31, around 8:15 a.m., the Russian military launched a missile attack on Kharkiv and the Chuhuiv district. As a result, two critical infrastructure facilities were damaged. About 50,000 consumers in Kharkiv and about 90,000 in the region were cut off due to the Russian missile strikes and damage to the critical infrastructure.
Water and heating supplies were desrupted, too, as a result of problematic electricity supply.
A 51-year-old man received a concussion at the site of an explosion in Chuhuiv district.
Lawenforcers seized the debris of the type 5V55 rocket of the S300 missile complex.
