On November 1 the Russian army again attacked the Marhanets and Nikopol communities of the Nikopol district. As a result of the shelling in Nikopol almost a dozen high-rise buildings and private houses, a kindergarten, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a bank, 2 shops and 5 cars were damaged. Rescuers are currently continuing the investigation in the area. In the Marhanets community shelling cut off power lines leaving more than 10,000 families without electricity. The pumping station was also damaged.
