On November 2, Russian troops again struck the city of Vovchansk in Kharkiv Oblast. As a result of Russian shelling, 5 women and 2 men were injured. They were taken to the hospital with injuries of varying degrees of severity. Four residential buildings of local residents, two high-rise buildings and a store were damaged.
