72 shells from barrel artillery were fired at the Vorozhba community by the Russian army. The missiles hit streets, yards of local residents as well as residential buildings. Later the same community was also shelled by reactive volley fire system. 3 private houses were badly damaged. A summer kitchen, sauna house and barns were also destroyed. Electricity grids were damaged and gas pipes were broken by fragments of the shells. Emergency crews arrived at the site. Shells were also exploding near an apartment building. Three apartments were damaged in which windows were broken, and frames and doors were destroyed. A local 62-year-old woman who was in the garden during the shelling was killed by shrapnel. The shell exploded just a few meters away from her. Another local resident was injured.
