The de-occupied Lyman has been under the Russian army fire for the past four days. The already devastated city is being further destroyed by the Russian Federation. The enemy projectile hit the city State Emergency Service division around midnight on the night from 4th to 5th November. The building and the surrounding area suffered significant damage.
