In Kharkiv region, police provided first aid to those injured as a result of Russian shelling. On November 13th, around 1:00 p.m., Russians shelled the village of Petropavlivka, Kupiansk district. As a result, buildings were damaged, local residents were injured. Pre-medical assistance to two local residents was provided by employees of the special purpose police regiment, who at that time were on duty in the district. The police transported the 49-year-old man to the ambulance, as the medics were unable to reach the scene.
