The Russian occupiers do not stop shelling the Kupiansk district. November 13, the Russian military fired seven rockets at Shevchenkove village. As a result of Russian shelling, the House of Culture, shops, trade pavilions, a post office building, an educational institution, an infrastructure object, and two four-story residential buildings were damaged. Two women were injured. Previously, the occupiers fired S-300 missiles at the settlement. The town of Vovchansk at the border with the Russian Federation also suffers daily attacks. As a result of shelling on November 13, a residential building was destroyed.
