On November 13-14, Russian troops fired more than thirty mortar rounds on the border territory of the Novhorod-Siverskyi district. As a result of the shelling, the premises and vehicles of a local farm and infrastructure facilities were damaged.
Investigators of the Novhorod-Siverskyi district police department were working at the scene. The police collected evidence base of the war crimes committed by the Russians.
Information about the event is included in the Unified Register of pre-trial Investigations. The police investigator opened proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the laws and customs of war).
